Dear Dog Diary

You can learn a lot from a dog.

It’s A Whole New Ball Game!

A Whole New Ball GameAre those – balls in a mailbox? Yep! Juno is a collector. To her credit, we live in a very dog-busy, dog-friendly neighbourhood where tennis balls and bouncy balls are abandoned all the time.

We find one somewhere a few times a week, but because they’ve been well-chewed and well-loved by their previous owners (read sticky and kinda’ stinky), they live in our mailbox. Not to worry, we have a communal mailbox for our real mail, so nobody has to stick their hands in here but us.

We do however have to remember to move them when we know the previous owners are coming by to collect their yet-to-be-redirected mail.

Does your dog have an outdoor collection too? Where does it live?

Yup! Juno too – and we like them when they’re free like this!

Donna doesn’t seem to have an interest in things. Her gig is more inspecting the grass and gulping unknown icky stuff before I can stop her = =! Thanks for dropping by : )

Yeah, there’s that option! It just all smells and tastes too good to leave.
